Each kit is created after a full one-hour consultation, where we explore your personal health picture in depth. Based on that, I create a selection of remedies just for you. These kits include:
- A 60-minute online consultation
- A curated blend of remedies tailored to your individual needs
- Printed information to guide you in using the remedies with confidence
These are ideal for larger life situations like childbirth, early childhood, first aid at home, or coughs, colds & flu. Prices depend on the kit and the number of remedies included.
🌼 Targeted Remedy Mixes
For specific everyday complaints, I offer ready-to-go Remedy Mixes—still personalised, but with a more focused purpose. These include blends for:
- Teething
- Sleep issues
- Colic
- Worming
- Travel sickness
- Sports injury
- Hay fever
- Jet lag
- …and much more
These mixes are formulated based on the most commonly indicated remedies for that issue, and are often drawn from years of clinical experience.
